Drew Barrymore and Justin Long had a tearful social gathering! On Monday’s The Drew Barrymore Show, Long was the foremost guest to get going the show’s third season.

The pleasant exes, who dated on and off from 2007 to 2010 and highlighted in the 2010 film Taking consideration of business, joked about being united on TV. After Barrymore and Long both yielded that there were “a lot of laughs” during their time together, the 47-year-old host truly needed to draw near to home while examining their past opinion. Long similarly got nostalgic as he hailed himself and Barrymore for having a strong division.

“I love that we stayed aware of our reverence, since, I know from my end, it will not at any point go wherever. I’ll revere you for the most part,” the 44-year-old performer told his ex. “I’m cheerful we’re at this point prepared to have that.”

Barrymore began to cry as she and Long shared a sweet embrace before the group. “I will ceaselessly love you so much,” she told Long. “You are mean a lot to me. I feel like we’ve encountered such a ton together, too. I feel like, when we used to talk and Facetime, I was reliably like, ‘You understand I’ve really grown up, Justin.’ I for the most part expected to exhibit to you what an other individual I was from when we dated.”

Long quipped that he was solely in his mid 20s went he met Barrymore and they began dating. The pair added that their relationship at the time was “debauched, adolescent and hella fun.”

Since the end of their companionship, both Long and Barrymore have continued to have various accessories. Barrymore was hitched to Will Kopelman from 2012 to 2016, while Long is at present engaged with performer Kate Bosworth.

“I couldn’t be more upbeat for you,” Barrymore said of Long’s new opinion. “All I really want in your life is your flourishing and fulfillment, and I’m delighted so much that you are in this similarly dumbfounding relationship. I’m basically so euphoric considering the way that you ought to be lively. I’m so energized for you.”

Long further rambled over Bosworth, telling Barrymore, “She does all of those and she cherishes you.”

He added, “And she is the most consistent, by and large amazing, entertaining … you would value hanging out.”
